Workshop for Teens - Manga Drawing 1 Friday, November 12, 2010. Figures: Join local artist Ameet Bhar for an introduction to manga illustration, focusing on figure drawing. Techniques for sketching male and female characters will be demonstrated as well strategies for conveying facial expressions, character movement and other variations. All materials will be provided. 2 Monday, November 15, 2010. Perspective: Improve your manga drawing with another introductory class presented by local artist Ameet Bhar. Learn various methods of using perspective to heighten drama and realism to your illustrations. Techniques employing depth and distance will be conveyed for achieving more active backgrounds and environments for your manga characters. All materials will be provided. Admission is free.
