Workshop: Defining Diversity - Laying the Foundation From strategies to implementation and beyond, a strong diversity strategy can help your organization to successfully complete an accreditation process, access new funding sources, and position your organization as a leader in the sector. MIAG, Harmony Movement and Volunteer MBC, are pleased to present a new Diversity Training Series. This will involve a top-down and bottom-up approach to develop strategies for creating a welcoming and inclusive environment. All workshops are targeted to senior staff, boards and executive directors, with the exception of June 15th which is also targeted to front-line staff.
