Scotiabank Bed Race The 2nd Annual Scotiabank Bed Race brings our community and local organizations together for a day of creativity, physical activity, friendly competition, team building and family fun in support of Seniors' Health at Trillium Health Partners. Teams from financial institutions, corporations and community organizations will race their custom beds through Mississauga Celebration Square, and participate in relays and games cheered on by the spirit of our community. New this year, ""Battle of the Bed Race Stars,"" teams will also have the opportunity to participate in even more fun and friendly competitions. The day will feature a barbeque hosted by Scarlett House Catering, singers, dancers, cheerleaders and live music from the official bed race band, ""The Material Men"". Singer/songwriter Michael Theodore will return as emcee and performer. The kids' zone will be filled with child-friendly activities, such as a stroller derby, bed-making contest, entertainment on wheels by Circus Jonathan, inflatable bouncers, face painting, and many giveaways.
