Spring Literary Festival at Central Library It's the Spring Literary Festival and Central Library is celebrating our local authors! On Saturday, April, 23, 2016 from 1-4 pm, local authors will be on hand in the Atrium to showcase and discuss their books. The Library is happy to highlight self-published, independent, or small press print works (fiction, poetry, non-fiction) by local authors, for readers of all ages.
