These outdoor classes are led by highly-qualified City of Mississauga Fitness instructors and feature Yoga, Zumba and Strength & Stretch. Classes are fully accessible and include exercise options for all fitness levels. Everyone is welcome to participate. Please reach out to our friendly instructors should you require any accessibility accommodations. You will also have the opportunity for selfies with our incredible instructors and to connect with fitness staff to answer any questions you may have. Classes are free. Zumba – This fitness dance class combines Latin and international music with slow and fast-paced movement for an upbeat workout! Yoga – Regular practice of Yoga can improve muscle tone and increase flexibility. Each class uses a variety of stretching principles and movements, combined with breathing and relaxation techniques. Bollywood – This class includes easy-to-follow moves inspired by Bollywood style hip-hop, combined with toning and conditioning for a full body workout.
