In celebration of Waste Reduction Week and Circular Economy Month in Canada, the City of Mississauga is hosting another Recycling Collection Drive, in partnership with Toronto & Region Conservation Authority's Partners in Project Green. All unwanted clothing and household textiles will be donated to Diabetes Canada, including: Shoes Boots Accessories Bags Blankets Sheets Towels Sleeping bags Curtains Soft toys (e.g. stuffed animals) Electronics will be collected and recycled by the Electronics Recycling Association.
