Pathways to Wellness is a free, 20-week drop-in program for seniors, offering weekly 2-hour sessions in a flexible hybrid format. Sessions are held once a week, with the first Wednesday of each month offered in both in-person and online formats, and all other Wednesdays delivered virtually to ensure accessibility. Each weekly session includes: 40 minutes of light physical activity such as yoga to enhance mobility and health 30 minutes of social connection to reduce isolation and foster friendships 50 minutes of practical workshops on digital skills, mental wellness, fraud prevention, and accessing government services Participants receive free yoga mats, light refreshments during in-person sessions, and bus fare or gas vouchers to help support regular attendance in a safe and inclusive space.
