Road Safety Mississauga

Road Safety Mississauga Central Library - Classroom 3 The Road Safety Mississauga Committee is an advisory committee of Council. This committee has the mandate of reviewing safe driving issues and making recommendations on ways to address aggressive driving and other unsafe driving and pedestrian behaviour, through programs and community education and awareness initiatives. This committee comprises of four 4 citizens appointed by Council and two 2 Councillors, as well as agency representatives, including the Port Credit OPP, Peel Regional Police Traffic Services, health care, driver education, various interest groups, the insurance sector, and staff from the Region of Peel and City Traffic Operations, and the municipality's marketing divisions.
