Holiday Blood Donation Between December 13th and January 2nd, Canadian Blood Services needs to collect close to 50,000 units of blood to meet the needs of hospitals across Canada. Recent winter storms have also impacted many blood clinics. Over the next three weeks, we need 22,000 more donors to book appointments. We are asking all eligible donors, friends and family to donate blood during the weeks of Dec 20th or 27th.
