A Journey to Tristan da Cunha The most isolated community in the world is found on the island of Tristan da Cunha, which is located smack in the middle of the south Atlantic Ocean. The library's own Craig Rowland spent 23 days on Tristan last autumn among the 259 residents. Craig will give a photo presentation showing what life is like on this speck of an island where your nearest neighbour is 2429 km away. Admission is free. Registration is required.
