The tradition of lighting earthen lamps followed on this day serves as a promise to turn darkness into light and spread peace and prosperity. Diwali RazzMatazz provides joyous festive celebration for the entire family. Stage programming includes Bollywood Headliner Performances, Musical Concerts, Dance Performances, Diwali Bazaar, Kids Rides, Diwali Lucky Draw and lots of other sponsored gifts and prizes. The elaborate food vendors provide the authentic and ethnic food flavours signifying the Diwali festivities. Indo Canada Arts Council, a federally registered not-for-profit organization is dedicated in promoting and recognizing the various cultural and art forms between India and Canada, organizes the festival.
